摘要 PURPOSE: A microwave energy transmission apparatus is provided to increase electrical length and characteristic impedance of a bias chock, reduce the length of the bias chock, and reduce effect on impedance of a matching circuit in minimization the whole circuit, so as to reduce size and weight of a communication device. CONSTITUTION: A microwave energy transmission apparatus comprises a transmission line(12) formed in an area on a dielectric substrate(11) for transferring energy, a bias chock(13) for supplying power to the transmission line(12), and a grounding element(14) for grounding the dielectric substrate(11). The bias chock(13) is coupled to one end of the transmission line(12) on the dielectric substrate(11) while accomplishing impedance matching for transferring maximum power. The length of the bias chock(13) is adjusted to adjust impedance for matching the transmission line. The grounding element(14) is formed by a minimum distance from the front of the dielectric substrate(11) to the transmission line(12) at the bottom of the dielectric substrate(11). The grounding element(14) is formed not to include the area of the bias chock(13) so as to reduce capacitance, increase characteristic impedance and reduce the length of the bias chock(13).
