PURPOSE: A moving image display device using an afterimage is provided to enable a driver to recognize the still or divided moving image respectively realized on plural display monitors installed in a tunnel through a window of the moving car. CONSTITUTION: The moving image display device includes plural display monitors(11a-11d) installed to an inside of the tunnel at a constant interval and a sensor(17) detecting the speed of a car driving in the tunnel. The respective display monitor connects to a management system(15) through an exclusive line in order to receive the electric signal of the moving image information. The management system interfaces a main system(10) storing the moving or still image information for a sequential movement through an Internet network or exclusive network(A). The main system includes an input device to input the moving or still image information, a storing device storing the inputted moving or still image information and a transferring device to transfer the moving or still image information to the management system. The moving image information inputted to the main system can divide into a constant time interval and the divided moving image stores in the main system and transfers to the management system.
