PURPOSE: A truck cabin having a structure enabling spot welding of a roof and a front pillar is provided, and a method for spot welding the roof and the front pillar of the truck cabin having the structure is provided. CONSTITUTION: The truck cabin is characterized in that a welding gun(40) inserting hole(22) is formed on the header panel(21) so that a fixing part(41) of the welding gun for spot welding a flange of a header panel(21) and a flange of an inner panel(31) for the front pillar is inserted into a closed section between the header panel(21) and a roof panel(23). The method for spot welding the roof and the front pillar of the truck cabin comprises the steps of inserting a fixing part(41) of a welding gun(40) into a closed section between a header panel(21) and a roof panel(23) through a welding gun inserting hole(22) of the header panel(21); moving the welding gun so that an electrode installed at end of the fixing part(41) of the welding gun(40) is closely adhered onto the upper surface of the bonding part(29) between the header panel(21) and the inner panel(31) for the front pillar; and performing spot welding by closely adhering the end of an operating part(42) of the welding gun onto the lower surface of the bonding part(29).
