PURPOSE: A system for searching and automatically connecting an after service telephone using a free web to phone telephone service on the Internet is provided to supply a telephone call for requesting an after service using a free web to phone by connecting to a free web to phone telephone through the Internet convenient to a user at low cost or performing a search process on the Internet rapidly and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A client(1) connects to the Internet and requests information through the Internet. A relay server(10) receives an ID and a password of the client(1), permits a connection, selects a kind of a product after service of the client(1), and supplies information by an information request being inputted on a search window. A database is connected to the relay server(10) and supplies information data with respect to an after service provider of various kinds of products and client data including a client address. A member database stores personal information supplied from the client at a registration process through the relay server(10). A directory database comprises a tree structure capable of searching an after-service provider. A communication server(13) connects to an after service telephone by a free web to phone method in accordance with a request of a member registered in the member database through the relay server(10).
