PURPOSE: An MP3 phone download system through wireless internet and method thereof are provided to receive and regenerate all data including an MP3 file regardless of space and time in real time. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the Internet(120), an MP3 providing server(110), a router(130) operated in the third layer among OSI(Open System Interconnection) 7 layers, an MP3 relay server(140) connected to the MP3 providing server, a relay base station(150), and an MP3 phone(160). The router connects remote networks based on the network addresses included in a transmission packet and controls an IP(Internet Protocol) or an IPX-3(Internet Packet exchange-3). The MP3 relay server receives the URL(Uniform Resource Locator) connection signals applied from the MP3 phone via the relay base station and connects the MP3 phone of a user to the MP3 providing server. The relay base station transmits the MP3 music files provided from the MP3 providing server by converting the MP3 files into sky waves. The MP3 phone is for downloading and regenerating an MP3 music file.
