<p>Compositions excellent in lowering lipid peroxides in the blood are provided. More particularly speaking, compositions for lowering lipid peroxides in the blood which contain pravastatin together with at least one substance selected from the group consisting of taurine, panthethine and inositol hexanicotinate. Use of these compositions makes it possible to provide excellent preventives or remedies capable of lowering the concentration of lipid peroxides in the blood which show effects of injuring vascular endothelial cells, accelerating platelet aggregation, forming foam cells, etc.</p> |
