DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING MOBILE INCOMING SERVICE USING USER IDENTIFIER IN NEXT GENERATION MOBILE COMMUNICATION(IMT-2000) PACKET NETWORK AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A device for supplying a mobile incoming service using a user identifier in the next generation mobile communication(IMT-2000) packet network and a method thereof are provided to use a user identifier on the Internet or an external packet network by allocating a user identifier which is identified uniquely all the world over as an NAI(Network Access Identifier) comprising an ID and a domain name like an E-mail address in stead of an Internet address when a mobile incoming service is supplied in the next generation mobile communication packet network. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(100) of a subscriber of the next generation mobile communication network is a called terminal for receiving a mobile termination service. The next mobile communication packet domain network(UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommuncation System) packet domain network)(20) is connected to the mobile terminal(100) and transmits a packet data. A directory agent system(200) requests an Internet address allocation and an IP bearer connection to a GGSN(Gateway GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) Support Node)(60) using user identifier information of the mobile terminal(100). A service requesting unit(300) transmits a service requesting message for a connection request with the mobile terminal(100) by the directory agent system(200) through an IP network(110) for servicing a packet service through the mobile terminal(100) through a user identifier of the mobile terminal(100).
