This invention relates to an article of exercise equipment (10) which includes a punch pad (12) and a plurality of delineated target zones (14) provided on a striking surface (16) of the punch pad (12). This invention extends to an article of exercise equipment 10 which includes mounting means (20) whereby the article of exercise equipment (10) is dismountably mountable on a support, a punch pad (12), and connecting means (22) connecting the punch pad (12) to the mounting means (20) to permit displacement of the punch pad (12) relative to the mounting means (20) from a rest position, towards which it is resiliently biassed, to a displaced position. The invention extends further to an exercise apparatus (60) which includes an aerobic exercise device (62) and at least one punch pad (12) mounted to the exercise device (62) and displaceable relative thereto by a user (66) of the exercise device (62) from a rest position, towards which it is resiliently biassed, to a displaced position.
