FIELD SEQUENTIAL LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND COLOR IMAGE DISPLAYING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A field sequential liquid crystal display and a color image displaying method of the display are provided to compensate for a slow response speed of liquid crystal in order to realize fast drive of the liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION: A field sequential liquid crystal display includes a liquid crystal panel(100), a back light(110), and a video processor(120). The liquid crystal panel has upper and lower plates having liquid crystal filled between the plates. The back light is placed under the liquid crystal panel and has red, green and blue light sources. The video processor controls the turn-on speed of each of the red, green and blue light sources.
