PURPOSE: Provided is a process for manufacturing flap of a door through steps of processing and working artificial marble panel to improve contamination-resistant, chemical-resistant properties and not to generate harmful and/or toxic gases even contacting to flame. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises reducing weight of a door by grinding front side thereof; adhering artificial marble panels to a handle portion and reducing weight of the portion; grinding edge of lateral slopes and MDF projections after painting to make them to have non-polished faces; digging certain portion(3) of rear side of the artificial to reduce weight of the panel by 80% then attaching substitute materials(6); processing convex projection(11) and modified triangular projection(5) of inclined sides of the panel; and adhering artificial marble material to the panel after cutting handle portion of the panel.
