Disclosed is a paper-clipping device used for holding a paper. The clipping-device easily holds the paper, such as various sheet materials, memos or the like, by being attached and fixed on a computer monitor or a place which is vertical or nearly vertical. Particularly, the paper-clipping device easily removes the inserted paper therefrom. A conventional clip using a round bar can easily hold a paper. When the paper inserted into the paper-clipping device needs to be released, the conventional clip, however, has a disadvantage that the paper fixed on the round bar is further strongly compressed, is possible to be split and may suffer a difficulty in separation. Therefore, there is provided the paper-clipping device, which can conveniently insert and remove the paper to and from a paper insertion hole. According to the present invention, and adhesive part materialized of metal, synthetic resin or the like is formed on a rear plate of a clip body so as for the paper-clipping device to be fixed on the vertical or the nearly vertical place, i.e., a wall or a computer monitor. A round bar is mounted inside the clip body to fix the paper. An elastic plate is interposed between the clip body and the round bar to elastically support the round bar. |
