<p>A mobile electronic apparatus (11) in which at least one of the rate for reading out data from a first recording medium (12) and the rate for writing data onto a second recording medium (13) is variable, a force being applied to a mobile is detected by a detecting means (14) and a control means (14) controls at least one of the reading rate and the writing rate of data based on detection of the force. Since data in the first recording medium (12) can be stored stably in the second recording medium (13) even during movement of the mobile, reliability is enhanced and since data in the first recording medium (12) can be stored in the second recording medium (13) in a shortest time depending on the moving state of the mobile, convenience is enhanced.</p> |
