PURPOSE: A composition of assorted feed containing fowl dung is provided, which composition uses less imported forage and is thus cost effective. CONSTITUTION: The composition of assorted feed comprises 5 to 40% of fowl dung; 20 to 50% of a carbohydrate source selected from corn, barley, wheat and their by-products; 5 to 20% of a protein source selected from cottonseed cortex, plant seed cortex and soybean peel; and 1 to 5% of other materials including mineral and vitamins, in which vitamin A is optionally added into the feed composition in an amount of 4,000 to 6,000 IU/kg to reinforce the nutrient of the feed composition.
