PURPOSE: Assembly structure of a packing box is provided to enable a worker to simply assemble the packing box without requiring other supplementary material such as an adhesion, thus improving the productivity of assembly thereof. CONSTITUTION: In the packing box constituted by a bottom part(10) made of a sheet onto which an object is disposed, front and rear parts(11,12) are extended foldably from both ends of the bottom part, first and second side parts(13a,13b) are extended foldably from both ends of the rear part, a cover(20) is extended foldably from the rear part and coupled with a foldable cover joint(21), and a group of fitting devices are formed at the first and second side parts and the front part. The fitting devices consists of first and second side bottom portions(14a,14b) extended foldably from one ends of the first and second side parts, first and second foldable portions(15a,15b) extended inwardly from the other ends of the first and second side parts, and first and second side inserting portions(11a,11b) extended foldably from both ends of the front part to be fitted between the first side part and the first foldable portion and the second side part and the second foldable portion respectively.
