摘要 PURPOSE: A fast discharging circuit for liquid crystal display is provided to rapidly discharge charges being charged in a liquid crystal panel to prevent poor images from being displayed. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display includes a liquid crystal panel, a gate on/off voltage generating circuit, and a discharging circuit(100). The discharging circuit increases the level of the gate off voltage in response to the gate on voltage and gate off voltage when the liquid crystal display is powered off, to rapidly charge charges charged in the liquid crystal panel. The discharging circuit includes the first input port for receiving the gate on voltage, the second input port for receiving the gate off voltage, and the first transistor(T1) that has a current path serially connected to the first input port, and a control port connected to a common port through a resistor and a capacitor connected in parallel with each other. The discharging circuit further has the second transistor(T2) that has a current path connected between the second input port and the current path of the first transistor and a control port connected to the common port through a resistor and a capacitor connected in parallel with each other. The control port of the second transistor is connected to the third port for receiving driving voltage of the liquid crystal display, and a feedback resistor is serially connected between the control port of the second transistor and the second input port.
