PURPOSE: Provided are pens with an inseparable elastic cap which are used for writing in driving the elastic cap backwardly and for drying and protecting a nib in driving the elastic cap forwardly. CONSTITUTION: In the pens which use liquid ink or correction fluid, the pens with an inseparable elastic cap are characterized by forming a cutting groove(132) to pass the nib toward the nib and the elastic cap(130), which is closely placed to a guide groove(150) of the pens, in an opposite direction against the nib to expose the nib for writing in driving the cap backward and keeping ink from being dried in driving forward; and keeping the middle part as the same form as the body of the pens.
