<p>A drive power transmission comprising a closed-end cylindrical housing (20a) pivotally supported by an inner shaft (20b) and a main friction clutch (20c) and a pilot clutch (30a) assembled coaxially via a cum mechanism (30b) between the housing (20a) and the inner shaft (21b), wherein the thickness of a shim (39b) adjusting the gap between an inner clutch plate or an outer clutch plate positioned on one side of a friction clutch (32) which constitutes an electromagnetic clutch (30a) employed as the pilot clutch and the inner end face of an end wall member (21b) screwed to the end part of the housing (20a) so as to adjust positions axially is determined from the criterion of an interval (L1) between one side face of a thrust bearing (39a) assembled in the input side can member (35) of the cam mechanism (30b) and an inner clutch plate or an outer clutch plate positioned on one side of the friction clutch (32).</p> |
