PURPOSE: Patterned sound-absorbing and insulating materials are provided to remove a surfacing mark on a mat of raw materials to level off, to remove remaining naps and to prevent naps from projecting, to improve water repellent, to secure strength of products economically, to have efficiency on keeping sound absorption and insulation and to have effects as architectural interior and exterior materials. CONSTITUTION: The patterned sound-absorbing and insulating materials(10) comprise: a sound-absorbing and insulating body(12) of a hexahedral solid body shaped to form 1 or less density by thermoplastic resins, wherein PET(Polyethylene terephthalate) is used as thermoplastic resins; a flat plane(20) formed to have differential strength from other parts by removing remaining naps(14) on the surface of the body(12); and embossing patterns(30) formed on the flat plane(20) to be recognized by the naked eye.
