摘要 PURPOSE: A chip in glass type vacuum fluorescent display device is provided to minimize noise due to voltage difference between unit blocks and frequency difference between the blocks. CONSTITUTION: A chip in glass type vacuum fluorescent display device comprises a front and a rear plates and side glasses forming a vessel. On the rear plate, a wire layer, an insulating layer and an anode electrode are formed. In the vessel, a cathode electrode for emitting thermal electrons, a grid electrode for accelerating or blocking the thermal electrons, and a driving chip(26) for controlling display operation. The driving chip(26) includes four ports(28) arranged as a zigzag corresponding to four ports on the rear plate. The chip ports(28) and the plate ports are connected by conductive wires. The interval between the inner wires(32b) within unit blocks A,B is less than 0.1mm. The interval between the outermost wires(30a) is equal to or more than 0.1mm.
