PURPOSE: A transmission service method for the mass information using the Internet is provided to remove the burden for exceedingly securing a storage area of a server and the stagnation by storing the mass information not the storage area of the server but the storage area or a CD of a user system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a system controller(2) of the server(1) storing the data from a user in a database(3) as a text or voice data, storing the information of the data transmission in an information output part(4) and informing a counter user of the information, a communication controller(5) under control of the system controller transmitting or receiving the data through the Internet network(6), a communication controller(8) of the user computer(7) transmitting the data to the server or receiving the data from the server, a controller(9) storing the input/output data in a memory(12) and selectively displaying the data on a monitor(14), a pickup module(18) outputting the data recorded in the CD(19) to the communication controller, and a voice converter(23) receiving the voice inputted from a mike(22), converting the voice into the digital signal and transmitting the converted data to the communication controller.
