PURPOSE: A device for a DC boosting in a communication system is provided to supply a small wire/wireless communication equipment to a user by constructing a semiconductor single chip using a transistor, a diode, and a condenser. CONSTITUTION: A power source unit(100) supplies a DC current(5V) of a predetermined level to an emitter of the first transistor(301) in the first boosting unit(300) and an anode of the first diode(303). A clock generating unit(200) outputs a high and low driving clock to bases of the first transistor(301), the second transistor(302), the third transistor(401), and the fourth transistor(402) in the first boosting unit(300) and the second boosting unit(400) periodically. The first boosting unit(300) receives a DC current from the power source unit(100). If a high driving clock is received from the clock generating unit(200), the first boosting unit(300) charges the DC current received from the power source unit(100). If a low driving clock is received from the clock generating unit(200), the first boosting unit(300) outputs the charged DC current received from the power source unit(100). The second boosting unit(400) receives a DC current from the first boosting unit(300). If a high driving clock is received from the clock generating unit(200), the second boosting unit(400) charges the DC current received from the power source unit(100). If a low driving clock is received from the clock generating unit(200), the second boosting unit(400) outputs the charged DC current received from the power source unit(100) through the first boosting unit(300). A boosting output unit(500) receives a DC current from the power source unit(100), the first boosting unit(300), and the second boosting unit(400), and outputs the DC current.
