PURPOSE: A method for producing and using a product manual is provided to prevent the consumption of the unnecessary resources, to save the materials, time and the manpower to produce a booklet and to enable a user to fast and easily find out the desired contents by storing the manual of the industrial products and parts in a recording medium and providing the manual to the user on on/off-line. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a sales/marketing department verifying the contents of the manual written by a design department(S301-S302), making the contents of the manual into a moving image including a narration by dividing into the education information to educate the product specification information, a structure/function of a product and the using method of the product, the after service information, and a help and terminology dictionary of the product and storing in the corresponding database(S303-S305), the user requesting the manual and the specific information by connecting to the web server(S306), and providing the requested information as the moving image including the narration to the user terminal(S307).
