PURPOSE: An apparatus for exchanging a tool of a computerized numerical control machine is provided to prevent a tool holder from being collided with a spindle by rotatably installing the tool holder on a pallet table. CONSTITUTION: A computerized numerical control machine comprises a spindle(10) and a pallet table. A base(20) is formed at one side of the pallet table. A rotating cylinder(22) is fixedly installed on the base(20). The rotating cylinder(22) is rotated by a hydraulic force. A tool fixing member(24) is installed on a rotating shaft(23) of the rotating cylinder(22). A plurality of tool mounting slot(25) are formed in the tool fixing member(24). A guide bearing(21) is installed at the other side of the tool fixing member(24) so as to guide the rotation of the tool fixing member(24).
