PURPOSE: An impedance matching circuit using a phase shift is provided to form an exact matching circuit and shorten development time by estimating an exact result of a circuit design. CONSTITUTION: In a T-network design, an inductive(10), a reactance(20), and a capacitor(30) are connected to one another in series and parallel by three arms according to an impedance transformation or a phase shift. In an L-network design, an inductive and a capacitor are connected to each other in series by means of two arms. In an RF circuit design, when a necessary matching circuit is formed, a phase shift is considered. Thus, when designing a system having a plurality of coupled elements, an estimating circuit is designed to estimate an exact result of a circuit design in order to shorten a development time and form an exact matching circuit. |
