摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for fluidizing zinc powder is provided which continuously and constantly maintains a fluidizing amount of zinc powder using electrostatic force through a plurality of high voltage electrode cells capable of impressing unequal electric field to the zinc powder. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for supplying zinc powder(22) so as to manufacture a galvanized steel sheet by fluidizing zinc powder stored in a chamber(21) of a zinc powder spraying system, thereby adhering the fluidized zinc powder onto the steel sheet using electrostatic force generated by high voltage electrodes, the apparatus comprises a plurality of high voltage electrode cells(23) which are positioned at the upper part of the chamber(21) and produce slopes of voltages by a plurality of independent power sources(24); a ground electrode plate(25) which is positioned oppositely to the high voltage electrode cells(23) with spaced apart from the high voltage electrode cells(23) in a certain distance so as to electric charge zinc powder(22); and a plurality of guiding electrode cells(26) which are positioned at the exit side of the chamber(21) so as to guide zinc powder electrodes, wherein a vibration plate(27) having a slope so that zinc powder(22) is flown down and an ultrasonic vibration unit(28) applying vibration to the vibration plate(27) are installed at the lower part of the exit side of the chamber(21).
