PURPOSE: An advertisement method using an on-line game applying a barcode number is provided to give a profit to a user, an advertiser and a communication company by making the barcode number of a product registered on on-line convert into an item of the on-line game. CONSTITUTION: The advertisement method comprises steps of appearing a pet logo and displaying a cyber pet growth screen by executing the on-line game on a PC, displaying a selection screen and clicking a 'OK' button after selecting a desired item, displaying an item message for inputting the barcode number of product if selecting a feeding item at the previous step, and confirming the accordance with the barcode number of the registered product by analyzing the barcode number, displaying a message for feeding the item after displaying the barcode number of the registered product and the item in case of the registered product, and displaying a message for the decrease of the strength after displaying a message for noticing the non-register product in case of incapable of reading the inputted barcode number.
