<p>A display package (10) for retaining product includes a reclosable container (30) having a housing (34) defining a compartment adapted to house product therein and a lid (36) for engaging the housing (34) to close the compartment. The package (10) also includes a display card (12) having a planar main body and being integrally formed to engage and support the container (30). A tear section is formed in the display card (12) and is adapted to allow for removal of the container (30) from the display card (12). Once removed from the display card (12), the reclosable container (30) may be used without the display card (12) to house the product.</p> |
