A mobile drinking water (F2) disinfecting assembly has a reservoir (8) for a disinfecting agent with dosing regulator (50). The dosing assembly (50) has a dosing pump (9) which is suited for the controlled discharge of small quantities of dosing agent concentrate (F1,F'). The dosing assembly preferably has two reservoirs (8,8') each with a pump (9,9') for different chemical agents (F1,F1'). The assembly also has a filter (3) for water (F2) flowing in a given direction (P) towards the dosing unit (50). A by-pass passage can circumvent the flow of water (F2) past the dosing unit. The filter (3) has a tap (5) from which filtered water (F2) may be discharged.
