PURPOSE: A water level sensing apparatus for dehumidifier is provided to minimize error of sensed result even when the size of parts component is changed, by reducing the sensor operating distance. CONSTITUTION: An upper portion of a water reservoir(57) is hinge-coupled in a cabinet(51), and a plate spring(70) is arranged to be pushed when the lower portion of the water reservoir moves toward a barrier(59) by the loading of full water, to thereby operate a water level sensor. The plate spring having an intermediate portion, which is formed convex toward the water reservoir, is installed in such a manner that the lower end portion of the plate spring is movable relatively to the barrier at the state where the upper end portion of the plate spring is fixed to the barrier. The water level sensor is installed in such a manner that the water level sensor contacts the intermediate portion of the plate spring when the intermediate portion is distorted by the loading from the water reservoir.
