PURPOSE: An oil filter assembly used in a lubricating device of a vehicle is provided to easily exchange an old oil filter assembly with a new oil filter assembly without using a special tool. CONSTITUTION: An oil filter assembly includes a case(11), a filtering paper and a gripping section. The case(11) has a cylindrical shape. An inlet hole(12) and an outlet hole(13) are formed at a side of the case(11). The outlet hole(13) is formed at a center of the case, and the inlet hole(12) is formed around the outlet hole(13). One side of the case(11) formed with the inlet hole(12) and the outlet hole(13) is adjacent to a cylinder block of an engine. A recess(21) is formed at an outer portion of the case. The recess(21) is positioned in a radial direction of the case(11). A nut(22) is fixed in the recess(21). Alternately, a screw is fixed in the recess(21) instead of the nut(22).
