The present disclosure is directed to a recycling process of polyethylene with iron dioxide characterized for comprising the following steps: 1) selection of post-consumed low-density polyethylene; 2) plasticization of post-consumed low-density polyethylene with the mixture of iron dioxide; 3) uniform mixture of polyethylene with iron dioxide; separation of strange materials from the mixture, cooling and thickening the mixture by means of a mesh; 4) rolling by means of two rollers the mass letting it film-like with a thickness of 1cm to 5cm; 5) molding the film by means of hydraulic presses with a pressure of 126.3069 Kg.cm2 to 217.5286 Kg./cm2; 6) finishing, manual removal of burr and the burrs recycling. The object of this change of process is that the low-density polyethylene obtains good physical characteristics; it is recycled and used in the industry for heavy work.
