BASE OF MOLD FOR INJECTION-MOLDING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

PURPOSE: A mold base for injection-molding thermoplastic resin is provided to prevent the fault of a synthetic resin article caused when a pipe is pressed by a mold supporting bar by forming a mounting protrusion on the mold base. CONSTITUTION: A mold base includes a fixing base(11) and a moving base(31). The first mounting protrusion(14) is formed in the fixing base(11) and the second mounting protrusion(34) is formed in the moving base(31) so as to mount molds(21a,21b) thereon. An inner portion of the moving base(31) is formed with a plurality of slots(36a) which are spaced from each other by a predetermined distance. An opposite side of the slots(36a) is protruded. A rear plate(36) has a same thickness over the whole area thereof. A cooling water pipe(33) is inserted into the slots(36a).
