A snowboard binding is described with a calf support (6) set on a heel yoke (4), which is jointed to two shanks (7) on and surrounding the heel yoke (4) and between the joint bearings (8) on the heel yoke (4), and may preferably be supported by means of a support (9) adjustable in the length direction of the calf support (6). The joint bearings (8) consist of axial shoulders (11) provided for mounting eyelets (12) and arranged on the calf support (6). To provide advantageous construction conditions, it is proposed that an elastic damping ring (13) is arranged between the axial shoulder (11) and the mounting eyelet (12) of the joint bearing (8).<IMAGE> |
