PURPOSE: Provided are health foods for removing hangover and detoxicating alcohol. The health foods can be processed into candies or drinks, and removes hangover and detoxicates alcohol in a short time. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of health foods comprises the steps of: boiling leaves and cortex of Hovenia dulcis Thunberg. at 100-150 deg.C for 3-5 hours to extract it; adding the extracts of japanese apricot and cucumber, each 20-25 wt.% to 50-60 wt.% of the prepared extract, wherein the each extracts of cucumber and japanese apricot is prepared by boiling at 60-80 deg.C for 1-1.5 hours; and mixing and stirring the mixture to be paste; adding 3-5 wt.% of concentrated herbs thereto based on total weight to manufacture candies, or adding each 20-25 wt.% of cucumber and japanese apricot extracts to 50-60 wt.% of the prepared extract based on total weight then followed by adding 20-30 wt.% of sugar and 3-5 wt.% of herbs to manufacture health drinks.
