PURPOSE: A vehicle wheel balance weight, of which weight is controllable, is provided to simplify and stabilize the coupling between a weight and a clip and make the weight of steel instead of lead for reducing the environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle wheel balance weight, of which weight is controllable, includes a clip(10) mounted to a vehicle wheel and a weight(20) having a predetermined mass, wherein the clip and the weight are made separately and coupled with each other integrally. The weight has a stepped coupling groove in the center of a side surface, an indent formed in the center of the coupling groove, and a clip-coupling protrusion on an upper boundary surface of the coupling groove. The clip has a hook to be fitted into the wheel and a coupling part to be fitted into the coupling groove of the weight and formed with a protrusion to be inserted into the indent of the coupling groove. As the clip-coupling protrusion is pressed after the coupling part of the clip is inserted into the coupling groove, the sectional area of the clip-coupling part is extended, so that the weight and the clip are coupled together integrally.
