PURPOSE: A wooden matt structure assembly is provided to obtain desirable size and number of wooden mats by directly utilizing used or residual raw materials after manufacture of other wooden product. CONSTITUTION: The matt structure comprises a plurality of wooden pieces(1) having a particular shape and size and numbers to be required; a bent portion(2) formed at lower side of each piece(1); multiple holes(3) horizontally bored with the bent portion; respective elasticity hooks(4a) at both ends of multiple connection rods(4) by inserting the piece(1) into the bent portion(2) through the holes. The connection rod has a projection piece larger than the rod at center of the connection rod to be located between different pieces when jointing the pieces along length and width of the mat structure.
