PURPOSE: A coal boiler device is provided to endure high pressure, to powerfully rotate a turbine and to keep high heat efficiency continuously. CONSTITUTION: A steam delivery pipe(42) connects a steam tank(43) with a steam spray pipe. The steam spray pipe is connected with a dry steam pipe(44). The dry steam pipe is connected with a discharge pipe. An exhaust gas discharge chamber(50) is placed on an upper water chamber(10). A plurality of fire pipe(14) with exhaust holes penetrating are extended to penetrate the exhaust gas discharge chamber. A plurality of fire pipe cleaner, automatically cleaning insides of the fire pipes, are installed on upper ends of the fire pipes.
