HYDRAULIC WHEEL STEERING SYSTEM OF AUTOMATED GUIDED VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A hydraulic wheel steering system of an automated guided vehicle is provided to use the high load steering force without using any additional steering motor for minimizing the vehicle, and secure the wheel steering angle stably by mounting tie rods for increasing the reliability of the wheel steering mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic wheel steering system of an automatic guided vehicle includes first king pin brackets(18) fixed at both right and left parts of an inner surface of an axle(12), tie rods(16) mounted to the first king pin brackets by hinges(28), second king pin brackets mounted to knuckle arms(30) oppositely against the first king pin brackets, and a connection element(26) formed in the center outside the axle. The second king pin brackets and the connection element are fixed with hydraulic cylinders(14) by hinges(28a) and wheels(22) are connected to the second king pin brackets respectively.
