The console has a box (1) with a base (2) and four walls (3) and an open top (4) that is covered by one or more hinged lids (7) with upper (10) and lower (11) surfaces. Each lid is attached to the box by projecting lugs (8a, 8b) at both ends that clip into connectors (9a, 9b) in the side of the open top that allow the lid to be raised at either end, removed completely or reversed. The lids can have cavities in their undersides so that they form receptacles when reversed. |
