The flexible liner bowl for a swimming pool (1) has hollow elongate sections (2a-h) which are connected together. Each section has a water inlet at one end and an outlet at the other. The openings are connected to a manifold tube. The edges of the panel adjust to the walls of the pool to form a cover in the raised position and a liner in the lowered position.
