A high frequency module 10 for a triple-band mobile communication apparatus includes a diplexer 11, first and second high frequency switches 12, 13, a SAW duplexer 14, first and second LC filters 15, 16, and a SAW filter 17. The module integrates front-end sections of three communication systems, DCS, PCS and GSM. The SAW duplexer separates a receiving section of the PCS communication system from the receiving section of the DCS communication system. The number of HF switches is reduced and so the power consumption of the module is reduced. The SAW duplexer may include a SAW filter and a phase conversion component or transmission lines. The diplexer HF switches and SAW duplexer are integrated into a laminated member such that a matching circuit is not required between the diplexer and HF switches or between HF switch and SAW duplexer. |
