The shelter, particularly for bicycles, comprises a parallelopiped box with a rear wall (2), two side walls (3,4), a front wall (5) and a roof (1). The front wall and at least a part of the roof abutting on the front wall are formed by a foldable or upwardly rollable door in the manner of a roller blind. The part of the roof forming the door amounts preferably to at least 50 per cent of the roof surface. The fixed walls and the fixed part of the roof can be of wood, plastic, glass, concrete, stone or metal and be surface-treated. The door can also be of wood, metal or plastic.
