<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily conduct focusing work for a laser beam. SOLUTION: Focusing is obtained by converging the laser beam from a laser beam source 11 by a focus lens 24. On the other hand, visible rays emitted from an adjusting light source 12 are brought into two focuses F1 and F2 by a double-focus lens 25. Then, the visible rays, the focuses F1 and F2 are set so as to position at both the front and rear sides on a focusing direction of the laser beam.</p> |
