The present invention refers to a toothbrush with integrated toothpaste with lid for the bristles and toothpaste feeding system which comprises a handle with two rows of bristles, a small tube integrated along its length a male string in an anterior end, a toothpaste load intermediate tube with interior female string wherein the handle is coupled, characterized by a feeding system which consists in a plunger screw comprising a plastic shoe or wedge that when actuating the screw by means of a knob, it makes possible the displacement of the shoe within the tube as the arrow shows dragging the toothpaste and making it pass through the small tube integrated in the handle to go out by a few orifices which has at the end where the bristles are, said bristles are covered with a lid having in its lower part a few ventilation orifices for a better bristle conservation.
