PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost for a blow-off port device capable of concentrating and diffusing air conditioning air flow. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a housing 12, a link body 14 and a plurality of louvers 15. The housing 12 is provided with a cylindrical frame part 21 and a center bearing part 22. Each louver 15 is rotatably journalled between the frame part 21 and the center bearing part 22 and is radially arranged. A guide receiving part provided projecting from each louver 15 is engaged to a guide part to be an inclined groove part provided on the link body 14. When an operation part 42 is clamed and the link body 14 is moved forward and backward, the louvers 15 are interlocked and moved and air conditioning air flow is changed from a concentrating state to a diffusing state.
