PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gun mover which improves the quality, such as a deposition rate, by eliminating the unevenness of work by an injection gun caused by the skill and individual characteristics of a worker, the unevenness to a working surface and more particularly the thickness and thermal spraying unevenness of thermal spraying films by the thermal spraying gun. SOLUTION: The gun mover for moving the gun used for forming the thermal spraying films to form the films on a surface to be thermally sprayed by injecting the molten coating material to the surface to be thermally sprayed along the surface to be thermally sprayed includes a first moving means which moves the gun along the surface to be thermally sprayed, a second moving means which moves the gun along the surface to be thermally sprayed and is different in this moving direction from the moving direction of the first moving means, an arithmetic means which computes the moving speed and moving distance of the first and second moving means by the conditions of the surface to be thermally sprayed and a control means which controls the first and second moving means in accordance with the result of the computation of the arithmetic means.
