PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer or an agrochemical applicator of high versatility designed to maintain stable application condition. SOLUTION: This fertilizer or the agrochemical applicator is so designed that the bottom wall of a hopper is provided with a plurality of application ports and a shutter with application control ports at intervals equal to those for the application ports is provided movably under the hopper, and is characterized in that a shielding plate with at least one opening is detachably provided under the hopper.
