摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a MIG welding method of nickel and its alloy using substances mixed with a shield gas, the substances securing a more stable arc than conventional one, a higher energy concentration and better affinity of welded beads. SOLUTION: The MIG welding method uses a gas shield for at least a part of a welding range of nickel or nickel alloy. The gas shield contains in volume CO2 of 0.05-0.5% and the remainder is argon. Preferably, the shield gas contains in volume helium of 15-50%, further preferably helium of 17-30%, or it contains in volume hydrogen of 0.1-10% or further preferably hydrogen of 1-7%.
