PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a downward plug part of a fixing implement of a form panel for a retaining wall construction which fixes a form panel of an upper step upon a form panel of a lower step from floating and escaping from and coming out of an upper hook of a form panel of a lower step with vibration, a shock, etc., when the form panel which hooks opened to the vertical direction project from right, left, up and down position on the back of stands in the right and left direction and is arranged as the lower step, the same panel standing in the right and left direction is arranged on this lower step and then plural steps are arranged, the downward plug part of the plate shaped fixing component is inserted between the turning part of the upper hook of the form panel arranged as the lower step of a pair of up and down steps and the back of this panel and the upward plug part of the abovementioned plate shaped fixing component is inserted between the turning part of the lower hook of the form panel arranged as the upper step and the back of that panel. SOLUTION: The pushing parts 13 with the small area of the contact face with the back of the form panel 1 of the upper step, and the wedge-shaped slope 14 at the contact face with the turning part 2' of the upper hook 2 of the back of this panel which contacts with and is pressurized more strongly to the turning part of the hook as it is inserted into this hook from top, are respectively formed to the downward plug part 12d of the plate shaped fixing component 11.
