PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart the self-help function of eliminating clogging to a U-shaped ditch for transporting a stream and snow ice. SOLUTION: A boulder-shaped protrusion body 3 is formed in the inner surface of a side body part 1 of a snow discharging ditch. A recessed narrow groove 4 is formed in the inner surface of a bottom body part 2. The bolder shape of the protrusion body 3, the narrow groove shape of the groove 4, and the wave pattern of a corrugated protrusion body 5, which respectively exert the influence of a wave-making jet upon the stream, are provided with the function of a self-help action on the clogging caused by the snow ice within the snow discharging ditch. When the flow of the snow ice is hampered or during the clogging, the protrusion bodies 3 and 5 and groove body 4, respectively, not only serve as a gap for a stream by pass but also allow the sharp edges of the snow ice causing the clogging to be malted by raising waves or forming the jet in the stream for the purpose of enabling a return to a prescribed flow.
